1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of curelyai.com (the “Site”), operated by Curely AI (“Curely AI”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, including by accepting the cookie notice shown on your first visit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
Curely AI develops intelligent healthcare systems for hospitals, clinics, and health organizations. We are based in Kampala, Uganda, and can be reached at info@curelyai.com.
3. Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for informational and evaluation purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
- Scrape, mirror, harvest, or bulk-download Site content, or use automated systems to access the Site in a manner that burdens our infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or connected systems, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by transmitting malware, flooding, or overloading it.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any form you submit through the Site.
4. Ask Curely AI assistant
The Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant that answers questions about Curely AI and our products. The assistant generates responses automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to use it only for product and company questions, and not to:
- Enter sensitive personal information, in particular health information about yourself or others.
- Attempt to extract the assistant’s underlying instructions or use it for purposes unrelated to Curely AI.
How assistant conversations are processed and stored is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No medical advice
The Site and everything on it, including the chat assistant, blog articles, guides, and product descriptions, are provided for general information about our company and products. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on it creates a clinician–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical question or condition.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Curely AI and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for viewing and sharing links to the Site, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. “Curely AI” and our logos are trademarks of Curely AI; you may not use them without permission.
7. Content you submit
When you submit content through the Site, for example a contact enquiry, event RSVP, or job application, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it for, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our social media profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices; following such links is at your own risk.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, and its cookies section describes the cookies the Site uses. By using the Site you consent to that processing, and to our use of cookies as described there.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content, including AI-generated responses, is complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curely AI and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
