About the Role
We're building one of the fastest-growing enterprise sales teams in healthcare AI. As an Enterprise AE, you'll be opening and closing some of the most strategic deals in the company — large multi-year contracts with IDNs, academic medical centers, and regional health systems.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise health system accounts ($250K–$5M ACV)
- Build and maintain executive relationships (CMO, CTO, CIO) at target accounts
- Develop account strategies and territory plans in collaboration with sales leadership
- Lead product demos, RFP responses, and business case development
- Partner closely with clinical success, product, and implementation teams through the deal lifecycle
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets; report accurately on pipeline via CRM
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including 3+ years selling into health systems
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ enterprise software deals
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Experience selling AI/ML, analytics, or clinical decision support solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with procurement or clinical leadership at regional health systems
- Experience with value-based care models and health system economics
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales tooling
Compensation
Base + uncapped commission. OTE and details discussed during the process.
