Product Designer

Design at Curely AI sits at a fascinating intersection: the stakes are real (clinicians make decisions from our UI), the data is complex (clinical information is inherently dense), and the users are expert domain practitioners. You'll design for users who are under real time pressure, and your work will directly affect patient care.

Design the interfaces that clinicians use every day. You'll conduct user research, prototype flows, and own the visual design language for our clinical dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for clinical dashboard and workflow features: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Conduct user research with clinicians, care coordinators, and health system executives
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and component library
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality features
• Facilitate design critiques and create a culture of design rigor across the team
• Define and measure design KPIs: task completion, error rates, and clinician NPS

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B or data-heavy interfaces
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Strong user research methodology and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative studies
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience shipping high-quality production interfaces in a fast-moving product organization

Nice to have

• Design experience in healthcare, clinical decision support, or enterprise data tools
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale design systems
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) in complex data interfaces
