Senior Product Manager – Patient Intelligence

Our Patient Intelligence product is the flagship of Curely AI — a real-time AI layer that sits inside the clinical workflow, surfacing risk scores, care gaps, and recommendations to care teams at the point of care. As Senior PM, you'll own the vision and roadmap for this product.

Drive the roadmap for our core Patient Profiling AI product. You'll work closely with health system customers, clinicians, and our AI team to ship features that matter at the bedside.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for Patient Profiling AI, balancing clinical impact with business outcomes
• Conduct deep customer discovery with CMOs, CNOs, and frontline clinicians at health system partners
• Write crisp product specs, PRDs, and success metrics for engineering and design teams
• Drive GTM strategy and pricing in collaboration with sales and marketing
• Own the product KPIs: adoption, clinical engagement, value realization, and NPS
• Represent the product at customer meetings, conferences, and partner reviews

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years at a health tech company
• Demonstrated ability to ship enterprise B2B software used by clinical end users
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable in data, SQL is a plus
• Excellent written communication and ability to distill complex clinical problems into crisp product bets
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Nice to have

• Clinical background (RN, PA, MD) or clinical informatics experience
• Experience with AI/ML products, especially in healthcare
• Familiarity with EHR workflows (Epic, Cerner) and health system buying processes
